Good On You matches sustainability expertise with proprietary tech. This enables us to assess an unprecedented amount of publicly available and reliable data sources—up to 1,000 data points per brand across 100 key issues. We make the information accessible in user-friendly ratings that are trusted by industry leaders including Unibail-Rodamco Westfield, Microsoft Bing and FARFETCH, and advocates like Emma Watson.

Our story
From humble beginnings to industry leadership
2015
Good On You was born
After the shocking Rana Plaza disaster in 2013 opened many consumers' eyes to the labour and environmental impacts of fashion, Gordon Renouf set out to create credible ratings to empower consumers.
The app was launched
Sandra Capponi joined Gordon Renouf as founding partner. The first Good On You app was launched for Android mobile devices in Australia with 300 ratings of the largest and most popular fashion brands.

2017
Made waves in the USA
Following a successful crowdfunding campaign, Good On You launched in America, with hundreds of US brand ratings added to the app and a growing international user base.
Global launch and expansion
Good On You got a rebrand to launch globally with a new web directory, a methodology update developed in consultation with industry leaders, and a new ambassador in Emma Watson.

2022
Extended our reach
Good On You reached millions of consumers through our own channels and through platforms such as FARFETCH. Our ratings services offering for e-commerce platforms and major retailers came out of beta.
Expanded innovation
Partners such as Microsoft and Klarna leveraged Good On You’s ratings tech to scale engaging experiences to millions more consumers. We launched Good Measures in partnership with FARFETCH to help brands of all sizes improve their sustainability performance.
